Pedestrian gates are smaller gates that allow foot traffic without opening a wide driveway gate for people to enter. They can be either manual or electrically powered 1. Pedestrian gates are available with two types of movement: swing or slide. Smaller, single-swing gates with one leaf are most prevalent. Double-swing gates with two leaf’s are available for wider pedestrian walkways.
